The Bentwater Activities Center includes a two-story Activities Building, tennis courts, a play field and a competition-size swimming pool. The Activities Director's office is located in the back of the building, porch level.

Bentwater has earned several awards....
The Paulding County Builders Association named Bentwater its SUBDIVISION OF THE YEAR 2000 AND 2001. The Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association gave Bentwater four 2001 PROFESSIONALISM AWARDS - a Gold award for Best Sales Center and for Best Realtor Promotion, and a Silver award for Best Land Planning and for Best Amenity Package. It is also the best selling new home community in Paulding County and the third best in all of Atlanta.
